Our work follows multiple guidelines to foster trust and collaboration across our diverse network of global stakeholders.
Principles
Guided by the Principles for Open Scholarly Infrastructure (POSI), we are developing our open source data space to meet community governance, infrastructure sustainability, and openness expectations while our governance, board committees, and staff work in line with the following eight Guiding Principles for OA Book Usage Data Services to advance trusted, equitable, and community-governed usage data exchange.
Participant Rulebook
Providing transparency, our rulebook describes for a general audience our community-developed principles, terms and conditions for data space participation. The document identifies participation requirements and specific ways our international data space aims to neutrally provide controlled book usage data exchange across governmental, commercial, and civil society organizations.
Code of Conduct
To ensure inclusive, transparent, and ethical collaborations, our staff, trustees, committee members, project advisors, and partners agree to follow a Code of Conduct. Violations of this Code of Conduct can be reported by contacting our Executive Director or any of our Trustees.
Board Policy
Codifying directions set by our Trustees, our Board Policy Book reflects operational policies that have been adopted or are under development.
